I'm afraid the short answer is: "when they're done". ;-) The sword and helmet were to be sent off to to be moulded to make it easier when doing the trooper and command figures. IIRC, the commission includes Karin Missum, a couple of warrior priest of Vimuhla, a standard bearer, a musician, and male and female troopers.
